1. All pearls sold in our store are a natural colour and not dyed or enhanced in any way.
2. All pearls are genuine cultured pearls and are formed naturally in a mussel or oyster shell.
3. All Tahitian loose pearls have been X-rayed and approved by the French Polynesian Customs department and certified as having an appropriate thickness of nacre for export.
4. Any online jewellery purchase will be refunded in full (less postage and handling) if returned in the same condition as purchased within 30 days.
5. All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and, if found to be defective, will either be replaced by a similar item or a store credit of the same value of the original purchase will be issued.
6. A Certificate of Authenticity will be issued with all pearl and pearl jewellery purchases detailing the size, colour, shape and grade of pearl with a description of its finding type and gold carat, diamond grade etc.
